How many fruit trees minimum

Okay really trying to help my hubby get 5 stars finally got the flower thing settled now saying need more fruit. He has 5 of each tree so how many fruit do you need.

I have 6 of each, with a few more of my native fruit planted at my airport entrance and lining RS, I think maybe 11-12 more?

You don't need any fruit trees - I have maybe two coconut trees and am at five stars. Here's a guide that explains how the game calculates your rating, but TL;DR: place any plants or furniture and you'll get up to the needed score eventually.

Doesn't matter what kind of tree it is. I don't know the minimum , but the maximum is 220. You can have all cedar trees and get 5 stars... I think shrubs count as trees, so you don't even need trees actually.
