Yes, it does. You can easily make an average of 5 million a week even if you don't time travel as long as you keep an eye on your own turnip prices (if you know how the Stalk Market prices work) or just keep an eye on the forums.

I have around 125 million in my account.

I have the bells in different towns just in case of a corrupt card.
