How long was your ACNH break?

i’ve never taken a break from acnh that lasted months, but the longest break i’ve gone on was late last year i think for around 3 weeks or so. 😅

I haven’t played in weeks, and I stopped playing around this same time last year so I need to catch a few of the September bugs still… I go months without playing so I’ve taken a few breaks

i've been on a break technically since November of last year. i have only been checking in for tbt events and for trades every now and then which is why my island is still in November. so i guess i usually go months in-between, but when i do check in i usually play a few in game days before i stop again. LOL sooner or later i'll catch up with real life time, maybe.

I haven't played consistently since like July of last year so I've basically been on a break for a little over a year.

The only time I didn’t play at all was for a week or so in July, and that was due to life stuff, not due to a lack of desire to play. Other than that, I’ve played every day, which is surprising given my history (I usually burn out after 6-9 months, or maybe a year).

I will say that I haven’t been that into actively decorating since May or June. I sort of feel like I’m going through the motions, and I’m just doing chores as part of my daily routine. I need to cleanup the overgrown flowers all over my island and start a new project to help me feel more engaged again.

I've had yet to take a break from this game. However, I missed Friday, and thought about playing for both Friday and Saturday on Saturday, but based on my visitor schedule I knew Friday was supposed to be Label and... I didn't log on. I haven't all weekend not today and I think it might be the start of my break from the game.

Honestly I'm not sure? For the first year I kept a daily journal whenever I played and because of that my longest break was probably a week up until March. After that I've just been logging on once in a while so I'm not sure exactly how long it's been.

I never got around to decorating my island properly, at this point I'm not sure if I ever will lol. I think if I start using an app instead to track my fish and bugs that'll motivate me to get back into it

The longest that I've gone without playing NH is a fortnight. But who knows if the next few days will change that. I'm trying to complete a sewing project; and it's eating any spare time and energy that I may have.

I'll take a break for 2 weeks or so at a time. I like to keep things fresh with the different seasons.

It's usually 1-2 months at max. I think my longest could have possibly been 4?

I've been playing since launch, and my island is probably a little over 50% done believe it or not. I'm fairly happy with the way that it's turning out considering I haven't TT'd at all in this game. But at the same time, I think what deters my lack of productivity is having to dreamy hunt. I tend to wait until I have a particular villager and then that boosts my creative flair to design an area for them.

I love the game and check in every couple of weeks but my interest waned when the content stopped in honesty

Still ongoing, idk how long thou. I really haven't played, I'll start up the Switch to TT to get items or to do tbt events. Whatever event that was before the camp one, I had already fallen off playing the game and only turned it on to do the events.

BotW and Stardew Valley have been keeping me occupied. I have zero motivation to finish my island even thou in terms of layout and decor, it's 80% done. I still have to do the interior of my alts house and fine one last good villager to complete that, but this game is such a drag sometimes. My second island is BARELY touched, thou I can easily get all my dreamies, 8 or 9 I already have. Thou with this island, I don't have a set layout plan for it so it's really just lack of inspiration and planning.

Hmm I never really counted the time between playing but at this point I feel like I'm always on a break from this game lol. I only come back now and then if something new is added to check it out (which isn't very often nowadays).

10 months! I was afraid of what my island would look like and what my villagers would say! Getting the island back in tip-top shape and starting to remodel was easier than I thought it would be. I'm looking forward to all of the winter stuff I missed last year.

Like 4 months
what brought me back was the bubble tea 😂 it made me make a bubble tea shop, and that made me finally finish my dang island

Bought the game when it dropped and stopped playing in July of 2020.

I picked it back up in March 2021 because of the Sanrio update and that only lasted 2 weeks.

Just downloaded the software with all the updates and really excited to play the fall season. I missed Halloween last year, so I have all sorts of 'goodies' that are to come!

I stopped actively playing for about 5 months. I got burnt out after over 1,000 hours and needed a break.
