How long does the 16 villager cycle take, in your experience?

I TT, and I have only one spot that I can free up. I assume I'd have to get campers from the campsite and by adopting other people's villagers? If you've ever done this, how long did it take you and how actively/aggressively did you do it? I'm considering cycling out 16 to move Marshal's house but I don't know if I can live without him that long. </3

With one slot, anywhere between 2 weeks and 6 months


Varies on method and how stubborn the illager is. Closer to 6 months if its a camper

Again there are different methds. The 10th villager to move into a town is VERY stubborn and tends to stay. Campers are also stubborn.

I never try and cycle villagers back. If they had a terrible plot, it's over
It can take up to months, but if you cycle quickly it'll take less time.

Personally it took me....8 weekends. I had 2 open spots, but I had school :/ if not it would've been much quicker. You just have to stay motivated because after a while trust me, you will be frustrated. The wrong villagers will keep asking.

;_;... I'm so scared, haha. :c I don't want to let Marshal move out just so I can regret it, since cycling 16 is frustrating. :'c

I might go for a test run on my friend's town and see if I can handle it x.e

Honestly,it will feel like forever, and i dont think anyone likes it,just kidding but it is VERY frustrating espeically if you have so little slots, in one week with one slot, i got through 2 villagers, i am very very slow though. lol i dont do it anymore though and goodluck though~

As I said to you, I did a 16 cycle in 5 days with 3 spots (that was including going to work)

However my Erik cycle took over a month with 3 spots.. Mainly 'cos I couldn't be bothered

16 cycles are tough, but you gotta grit your teeth and just bare it 'til it's done

I would totally cycle through 16 for anyone in my main town it can be a whole new AC experience to you. You just have to keep going and hope the wrong villagers don't keep asking.

Yeah, this was something to consider as well... ^^ I have been finding ACNL a little less interesting by the day. :< But I don't know if it's worth it to deal with frustration just because I'm getting bored.
