How long does it usually take you guys to plot reset?

It took two weeks to plot reset Poppy. My fault for being super picky about her plot :/

I plot resetted for Marina for 4 hours

It took be around 6 hours to place Mitzi and about 12+ hours to place Tom @_@.

it honestly depends. if I'm expecting someone and it's not a dreamie it'll take me about 10 minutes, maybe 5x as long as they aren't in a path and didn't ruin any perfect fruit trees. however if it's a dreamie, which I haven't had the privilege of having one yet, I want them to be in a specific spot in my town so I think it'll take a while
I've heard of people spending all day! after the 3rd try I'm sick of it lol

it took hundreds of tries for me once and i just had to settle with a mediore placement

I spent two days with plot resetting a villager I invited from the campsite. I wanted her in the area on the bottom left side of my town, so that her house doesn?t destroy trees, flowers, and paths.

took 3 days plot resetting chief & he never actually landed in the spot i wanted him to. i just got really tired of it lol

At most, about 30 min. I'm more of a "as long as you move into this general area we're cool" kind of person.
