How long did it take to find your perfect map?

probably just an hour.

i wanted to find the ideal map for me. i don't think it's v popular because it has one narrow strip of land, but two of my villagers plotted on it so i'm p good with that. i have enough room for pwps and my police station and cafe are in ideal places. the only thing(s) that i'd change would be the location of the plaza (would rather have it on the upper half of my town) and i wish i had apples or pears and triangle grass bc it's my fav, BUT i love my town and i'm glad i spent the time resetting (unlike in my first town when i took one of the first three maps that Rover gave me lmfao)

Yeah I think it's really about what YOU like. There is no set perfect map, that's why the title is "your" perfect map, because I find a lot of people have different opinions on what makes a map perfect. It also depends on what you want to do with your town once it's complete, like if your map has enough space, of if you're just putting paths and you don't care about space.

Once again, I like a lot of spacious room because I want to make playgrounds and zen gardens, since my town is going to be entirely Japanese themed. <3

LOL. Same dude. I'm pretty picky, I don't want to settle on a map and then find a map I could have and then end up resetting again. I'm not transferring my villagers and stuff back until I know I'm content. lol

I go to inspect on foot if I see a map that seems okay, but then there's like a rock right where I'd want to put my house or something stupid. You can tear down PWPs but you can't move a rock? OKAY NOOK. OKAY.

When I got the game I started with the first map that showed up - I didn't even know I had a choice! Anyway, I love my map and that my town has apples, circle grass and that it is easy to navigate.

Not too long to find one I didn't mind. But I just got tired of resetting so I settled on one. My main focus was finding one with one lake. And no peaches. I had found one I loved but alas, it had peaches. Shame really.

I don't understand the big deal with a 'primary fruit' you can cut all the trees down if you don't want them late on. But seriously, I love peaches >.<
