so... im not as clean i guess... as the other 2 that have posted... ive gone a week without changing mine i think? That was during the summer since i dont have friends and tend to not socialize. During the school year i change every other day or every 3 days

Well **** I'm gross I guess. I try to change them fairly often but during the summer or when I'm on break from university I don't often go out anywhere so I either dont wear one, or I'll wear my most comfortable one for an hour or so when I'm out and just reuse it for like. A week. I don't sweat a whole lot though so I dont really smell them.

pretty much same, I rotate mine. if I gotta sweat I use sport bras and change daily. I think the longest time I would use one is like a week but that's if I haven't really gone out and just been around the house or only gone out a few times etc. Hell I can pass for not using a bra at all lately especially cause it's winter, just wearing a big sweater and hoodie lel

I only really wear one bra cause with the big mama-jamas I got it's impossible to find a comfortable bra at an affordable price, I mean I have like special bras that have extra support if I am dressing up and want them to look amazing, but for work, which is like all I do, I wear the same bra mostly. I only wear it for work so it doesn't really get too sweaty or anything so I wash it once a week or so.
