How has the recession affected your gaming lifestyle?

It hasnt. I'm self employed, so I dont have to worry about being fired. I have 17 games and 24 VC games, and still getting new games all the time. I get usually one a month right now.

Well, the recession affected me a little bit. I hate asking my parents money for video games since I know that they have other expenses to worry about so I use the weekly allowance they give me to buy my games. They decreased my weekly allowance by $5, so I'm left with $20 a week to buy my games and lunch for school.

I'm kinda in the same situation except my parents don't give me money to buy lunch, I bento so i get a cheap, healthy lunch everyday.

My parents never really bought us much games and things anyways. So it hasn't affected my gaming lifestyle. We just get games for christmas or birthdays or if one of us saves up enough money for a game.

This. I'm doing okay when it comes to money wise. I'm lucky my family has some jobs at places that still aren't shut down due to this recession. Though, the recession might affect them in the future. :O

I haven't been able to play games as much as I used to years ago. I just have so much going on between School, TBT, friends, and getting Eagle, let alone gaming.
