I've been seeing so many new people playing for 3 weeks and like unlocking the museum 2nd floor and katrinas fortune shop along with a perfect town and tons of hybrids! Im not saying its bad at all, but I feel so slow. I still dont have the cafe and Ive been playing since the release date..
How far are you into the game? Unlocked everything? Got your dreamies?
I've been playing since it was first released and I guess my progress is coming along okay. The only thing I'm missing from my main street shops is Katrina's fortune telling shop. The only dreamie I've managed to get so far is Stitches...still trying to get Aurora and ever since I saw Flurry in my campsite, she's on my dreamie list now.
Right now I'm tearing down my PWPs and removing my paths until I get all of my dreamies and don't have to worry about letting anyone move out/in.
I'd reset my whole town and start from scratch, but...I really love my villagers and I'd be sad to lose them.
I've been playing for a bit over a year now. Got the game December 13th 2013. I'm lucky enough to have gotten all my dream villagers thanks to this lovely forum and a tumblr blog or two. I haven't unlocked a lot of PWPs I want and my town is nowhere near completion but I have gotten all the businesses on Main Street and have both the cafe and police station in my town. Took me forever to get the police station though. Oh and a few days after Christmas I got a perfect town so I'm pretty happy :>
I think I am 80% done. I have all the PWPs suggested. I have all the shops. Only thing I am missing is some of the badges! And it's okay to take things slow
My main street is complete, except for the museum... still missing some bugs and fish there. Otherwise I still need some PWPs, badges, and to finish off my catalog (getting so close!)
500+ days and 2000+ hours into the game so far. I've unlocked all shops and pwp, I've gotten my two eternal loves (Savannah & Gaston) and completed my museum.
I don't think I'll ever finish my badge collection though. T-T
I've just recently passed the 50 day milestone myself, but I've been playing the game a lot each day. My Main Street just needs Katrina's Fortune Shop and T&T Emporium (got T.I.Y a couple of days ago), but my museum still needs a lot of things since I don't really plan on time traveling. My town has been 'perfect' for a while now, and I have a decent collection of hybrids.
I don't really have any dreamies, so that's not something I'm working on.
Been playing since NA release, I have all of main street unlocked but my museum isn't complete yet. I have a couple more fish and diving creatures to get and a couple pieces of art as well. I think the fish/diving things I need are actually in season now so should be completed soon!
I've been playing my main town since near enough the release and I've completed almost everything I think. Full catalogue (every item including all foreign DLC and holiday items, plus everything not included in the catalogue), fully upgraded houses, all shops and full upgrades, unlocked all PWP's, museum complete and unlocked all second floor rooms etc. badges I'm still working on I'm almost finished and I still need to find 1 dreamie and to move one in from my cycle town.
My second town was started last year and has been a bit neglected.
1 year and a half on Area9 and 6 days in Caelum <3
Area9 has perfect town, I've had all dreamies but I'm cycling non-dreamies to get new blood, and I'm almost complete with bugs (evil dangerous guys)
I've been playing since the release date and have all the shops, museum completed, all PWP, all hybrid done by myself and most of the badges for the mayor. Travel and visit gold badge needed. Streetpass is still at Bronze and will probably stay that way.
It took longer to get Katrina out of the event plaza. At the time I didn't know about getting your fortune done by other players.
Goals for this year is to get Player 2 and 3 a golden net. A few in town bugs and the scorpion to collect.
Mayor in Town 2 has a lot of badges that need to turn to gold.
-I Have TIY, 2nd Museum Floor, Kicks, Shampoodle.
-Perfect Town Status
I still need a lot more dreamies, PWPs, and I need to complete the museum. My house is nowhere near finished either, need more hybrids too... so much to do
Not far, been playing for a week LOL I'm waiting on 2 more villagers to move in, I got Julian as my 7th villager. I'm not in a hurry, I got the axe from the garden shop and can't wait to start landscaping my town. I have 3-4 hybrid flowers, and 4 non-native fruits just planted.
It all really depends on what you want to have done!
I've had my game for a year and a couple of days (Started 1st Jan 2014) And I would probably be an allrounder kinda player! I have quite a number of badges (Thought the Streetpass Badge will likely be impossible in Australia *sob*), All shops updated, Museum pretty well finished (Poisonous bugs withstanding and that one Picture Redd REFUSES to sell for me), 6 - soon to be 7 - dreamies, most PWP's unlocked except for a couple of Jock ones I don't need, plenty of hybrids and 80%+ finished catalogue I've done mostly on my own!
I just like taking my time with my town (hence not all dreamies acquired!) and the town is still very much a WIP because I have to plot reset my dreamies. Realistically I think even with quite a bit of the game 'done' for me I won't run out of things to do anytime soon!
