seems pretty scary to me to know that you could be scammed by anyone, but it seems that this community is pretty nice

So when a villager is in boxes, another player can come over to your town and ask the villager to move in. The other person pays you for the villager and asks them to move in. The same thing happens with trading, except when a villager in another town is in boxes, you can come over there and get the villager to move in. Then, the other player comes and gets the villager from your town that is in boxes. Comprehende?

This community is very well, from my experience.
Trading and Buying is very simple.
Someone will be stating that a villager is planning on moving. They may time travel or wait till the actual day. On the day it is on the boxes, you will go to their town and talk to the villager, and invite him/her to move to your town. 2 days later (usually) that villager will be living in your town. Some may want furniture or bells and such.

do they have to be in boxes to trade? it seems to risky for me to let my villager move out and nobody might take my offer

for ex. i have trade offers for flora however, flora isn't in boxes and neither is pietro, whom i want.
so we can notify each other when one decides to move? seems kinda risky from that point though..
sigh.:(

99% of people on this forum you can trust. Just DON'T run in our towns, or else all morals go down the drain.
