I want to get to 300 points tomorrow, to get everything, including the gold trophy. However, I may be short on time and was wondering if multi-player would speed up the process.
If I visited my friend's island for the tournament, how would this work? Lots of questions to follow, thanks for helping!!
Questions:
Would both/all our catches be combined into a total score?
If so, once that total score reaches 10 points, 20, 30, etc... would we be able to claim the same prize?
If so, once we hit 300, will we both get all the trophies in the mail?
... or do you have to do all this individually?
Do we each have to talk to Flick in between all rounds? Who gets the bells for the bugs caught?
If I left my friend's island and continued the bug-off by myself at my island, would I have to start over or would be points come with me? Total points, or just the points I earned myself?
If I don't reach the 300, do my points carry over into the next tournament? Example: I caught 295 points, would the next tourney I only need 5 points to get the gold trophy? Or is this only for the normal prizes?
