How does this streetpass thingmajig work?

OK, so I've hosted and visited at least 50 towns, but theyre not showing up in the hha showcase! Is there something I'm missing? How do I get people's houses to show up?

You need to have streetpass enabled and simply pass other people irl that also have AC:NL and streetpass enabled.

Outside of Japan and bigger cities in Europe and America, it's not very often that you find homes in your plaza

Streetpass is when your 3ds (normally in sleep mode) passes by someone else's 3ds. It could be when you're walking or through relay points such as a McDonalds or a Starbucks. Essentially, your 3ds is picking up a signal from another 3ds.

If the other person has their NL game, then that is when their house to be placed in the HHA Showcase.

HHA Showcase is not built from visiting other people's towns or people visiting yours.

Careful when you dont have a full town (10 villagers) and have streetpass on. You can pick up their void villagers... In my old town i picked up Frobert and Boone from random streetpass.. ruined my paths and carnations D: such a long time ago >.<

When you streetpass the same persons 3DS more than once you can get balloons, pinwheels, ice creams, or bubble wand, and other streetpass items..c: just visit them in HHA showcase and talk to their characher when you tag someone. On front cover of 3DS will flash grren light.
