How does my town layout look?

I like the placement of everything, but what do you guys think of it? ^-^

I think it's very nice! I like how a majority of your villagers houses are concentrated in one area- it makes a nice cozy village feel c:

They were villagers that started in my town. XD I reset tricked the rest, but Penelope and Shep don't want to be with everyone else. XD and poor little Eunice is just.....out there. XD. Which is a shame, because I love Eunice, but I need to cycle her out so I cam get her in a better place.^-^

The layout is great, but I don't find it to be exceptionally great due to the abundance of holding ponds and obstruct the normal route to Re-Tail and possibly Main St.. The absence of a private beach is a bit annoying, but you have a very nice south ramp there. Your house placement is my dream though. Nice river, lots of space for PWPs...

Overall: 7/10. I say it's a go.

Every time I got one with a private beach, the town hall and Retail were in awful locations. XD
