Does Feng Shui prevent bad luck? Or just makes it less bad depending on how much Feng Shui points you have?

Because I have a room full on Feng Shui, but that doesn't stop the bad luck...
It takes away a room but doesn't stop bad luck, do you think its worth it?

Well, do you mean the clothing/Katrina stuff? Then you need to wear something from said item category. The feng shui is for HHA iirc.

It just improves your HHA points and has got nothing to do with good or bad luck in the game otherwise.
