How do you post sticky threads?

Nope, it has to be stickied by a moderator.

you cant just post a thread and it's auto stickied, you have to send the thread to a mod for it to be stickied. if they believe it's important enough, they will sticky it.

what do you plan on making that you believe is worth being a sticky?
