How do you pass the time while campsite/plot resetting or cycling?

What do you do to pass the time when you are doing not so fun stuff on ACNL?

I personally usually listen to an audio book on Audible or watch a movie that I've seen before and don't have to pay too much attention to.

I have recently started campsite resetting because I am having WAY too many connection issues and can't even adopt properly. Seriously I only manage about 1/10 adoptions...
So I guess getting my wanted villagers from my own game is the better option!
But it's tedious and boring so it's always nice to have something else to do as well
I also do this while plot resetting.

last time I was campsite resetting at like 12 am in my bed I fell asleep at the Rover part because I got bored of Rover showing up and talking.

I usually watch TV or go on the forums. I can get it pretty into campsite resetting though, I like to keep a Google Doc open and write all the campers I've had appear. I usually love campsite resetting, but plot resetting makes me bored out of my mind. That's when the TV comes in handy.

I'm always watching shows on Netflix when I play Animal Crossing, it's just one of those games that I can't give my full attention to because it gets so repetitive.

I tried watching anime, but it turned out to be too difficult for me to read the subtitles and watch the fight scenes AND not log in as my mayor and look for plots at the same time. .-.
