How do you make your bells?

i mainly go to the island to farm for bugs and fishes and sell them. other than that, i sell ores and fossils as well.

Before would be Fruit, fish, shells, etc. You know, normal stuff. Now about the only money i have coming in is if the retail promo is perfect fruit or if i whack rocks since on the rare occasion i do crank up, its usually just to clear street pass hits.

Almost all my bells come from selling bugs and fish I catch on the island, selling fossils (completed museum collection, yay ^_^), and the daily money rock.

Fishing and bug catching have made me most of the bells I have. But I also sell any unwanted flowers, fossils (I have all of them in my museum), gyroids, etc that pop up in my town.

When I first started playing it was beetle farming then as I got further into the game and had items worth actually selling trading on forums became my main source of income. Now I make bells from just playing the game in general (fossils, digging up bamboo shoots, etc.) or turnips.

Beetles farming as well as shark catching always makes me tons of money, I also bought a bulk of IGB like a year ago? And I still have like 25m of it... I still like to beetle farm and stuff though... maybe I'm a weirdo but I find it relaxing and I like going on the public islands and showing off my skittles. Like BAM ALL GOLD STAGS I'M GUNNA BE RICH!
