How do you make those openable bars for over sized sigs and lists?

Every so often, usually in various shops, I come across users who have made drop down lists of items they have.
Like the bar says (ie) "Rv Items/ Harvey" and you click it and the list of items they have expands.
Some people use them as their signature and they have more information about them, like the time's they're on, cycling info and such.
How do you make them please?

Those are called spoilers. Here's the code for it:

[spoiler="Title of spoiler"]Insert information here[/spoiler]

You can obviously change the title of the spoiler and the content to whatever you'd like.

This is what it will look like when you use it:

Spoiler: Title of spoiler

Insert information here
