If you mean how to actually add a signature in general (like just text) and not an actual image then go to Settings on the top left of the forums.

There's a lot of things you can use to make them, Gimp and Photoshop mostly. And there's a lot of tutorials on YouTube or there's people here that can give you tips or make you one.
