I like eggs made in both ways. And steamed. And boiled. And have you had quail eggs because they're yummy.

I have! I grew up on them, though I couldn't eat the bird at first as a child. I eat them with a mixture of lime, salt, and pepper rather than vinegar though. :D

My parents are from Southeast Asia (Cambodia), but I grew up in California. And I'm a chick ^^

That's why :D Balut is not only famous in cambodia,but in Thailand or where the country I came from, The Philippines. I spent half of my life in Singapore though. Glad to meet you Kite ^^
