I have! I grew up on them, though I couldn't eat the bird at first as a child. I eat them with a mixture of lime, salt, and pepper rather than vinegar though.

That's why Balut is not only famous in cambodia,but in Thailand or where the country I came from, The Philippines. I spent half of my life in Singapore though. Glad to meet you Kite ^^
