How do you guys deal with ACNH stress?

I just stop playing until I feel the urge to pick up the game again so I don't burn out. Usually what gets me back into playing is when I have inspiration for a new area to build/decorate.

Sometimes I used to get so overwhelmed with how incomplete my island was in comparison to other islands on social media, and I know that people finish their island at their own pace but I just felt like I’d been playing so much that my island should've be so much better and looker like other social media users. So I chose to work on a small part of my island at once.
