How do you get this heart shaped doors? ;)

I'm looking at the internet to search some inspirations for my new town then i found this photo
I think it's was a villager house but i never seen a heart shaped in the door
It is a cheat/hack or something? I really loved it but if it's a hack then I'd would be imposibble for me

It's from happy home designer! It's not available in new leaf :c

That screenshot is from Happy Home Designer. There are no heart doors in New Leaf unfortunately.

I wish we had gotten an update to unlock different exteriors for our homes. How awesome would that have been? That mushroom house was my absolute favorite.
