How do you get Brewster to give you good coffee beans?

This is the only item I haven't been able to get from him. I can get superb beans no problem and messing up orders only get me normal beans. What's the trick to getting good coffee beans?

Mess up like 1 order, you should get good coffee beans.
Idk why you wouldn't want superb though, the only thing to do with them would be selling them >.<

I've messed up two or three orders before I reset my town and still got the good beans. (Boy did I botch up when the pink pelican from the post office showed up for coffee.. note: do not put sugar and cream in her coffee, she hates that)

If you mess up every order.
But if you only mess up one you'll get the good coffee beans.
I've done it before.. Lol.
