I try to take my DS out with me to get street passes a couple of times a week. Today I got two (for ACNL) and that was a big thing! I'm heading to an airport in a couple of weeks and hoping to grab loads. I love seeing how other people decorate.

How do you feel about getting streetpasses?

Now that I have ten villagers in my town and can safely be protected from others' voids, I actively seek streetpasses. I take my 3DS to class with me every single day. Unfortunately, my college is pretty small, so I only have been getting the same three streetpasses every day, but it's still exciting! I hope to take it to an anime convention soon; my friends apparently got their entire HHA showcases filled by visiting conventions.
I have almost 600 miis in my plaza, and I still haven't even gotten bronze. I feel your pain for real.
And most of these people who have ACNL somewhere in their system memory for StreetPass? Haven't played their towns in forever. You can FEEL digital cobwebs and... 'Those things"...you know..."those things!"
If on a rare day I take my 3DS to school I get a handful of streetpasses, always by the same people. It makes you wonder who the heck they are. xD My band friend said probably the band nerds since it's always on the way to lunch, and I see it.
I have never gotten a streetpass for Animal Crossing though. Just Pokemon. That sucks to be honest because I love Pokemon but I don't spend nearly as much time as it as I do Animal Crossing. I'm more of a just play the main game and get specific Pokemon I want and didn't get while playing or occasionally casually battle friends sort of person. People don't take me seriously because I'm not a huge competitive nerd about it but oh well??
Anyways I live in a small country county in Florida so maybe if I go somewhere else one day I'll get a little bit more lucky. But yeah, seven in a day at school really isn't what I expected.
I also think I went by some kid who I went by in like seventh grade, and I'm in tenth now, so that was pretty funny to me.
