How i don't have money to afford a Switch and a NH copy (a normal Switch costs around R$ 4,000 in Brazil, the country where i live and a NH copy costs R$ 200), i'm playing New Leaf while i'm trying to help my dad and my mom to get money to buy it. I'm really excited for New Horizons, but New Leaf is fun too. I think that when i get New Horizons i will play both of them.

I still love and play it, and I actually prefer it to NH in a number of areas. NH feels like a step backwards in some departments, IMO, and from what I've seen, it's a lot more tiresome until you get 4 stars.

To me its the most impressive Animal Crossing game ever made with the most features, buildings, characters, and items. They always have hard time matching up to that on hd consoles

I still love NL as it was my first AC game. I often go back to my town to check on who's left and who left.
And I love the ost of the game so...

I agree. I hope someday the new game will feel as complete as New Leaf.

I voted for "I liked NL but moved on" since I accomplished my goal of "finishing" my town after about 4 years and saving it as a dream address. I don't see any reason for me to go on it again, except maybe to talk to my villagers once in a while for nostalgic reasons. I like NH because it is like a new canvas and I am eagerly playing it everyday in hopes of "finishing" my island one day too, just as I finished my town in NL.

i still love it tbh! i never noticed how bad the graphics were until i played new horizons. i recently started a new town bc i missed it. there’s just something about new leaf that makes it special to me, probably the nostalgia

To be honest, I haven't been able to play to play New Leaf for awhile now since I got Horizons. It also does not help that I can't even play NH too because of how busy I have been lately. I still think it's fun but I guess life right now is not allowing me to play and have fun.
