How do I solve I can't see any new posts in my thead?

Hi guys, for the past 3 days I've been unable to see any new posts or pages in one of my threads, I've read before that it happens sometimes if the thread has heavy traffic but I've had hardly any.
How to I solve this?

It usually just passes within a few hours and you're able to see the messages then.
There doesn't seem to be any way to fix it, it's best having your email open to see the notifications.
