How do I make a collectible lineup?

I've seen people do it. Now that I have enough collectibles I need, I want to do it as well, but how?

Collectibles are arranged by date, newest collectibles in the front.
The only way to arrange them is to trade collectibles with other members so the dates line up in the place you want them.
It usually takes a little bit of work, but its a great feeling when its finished.

and the date that matters is the original shop purchase date, not the date of trading... (the display shows original purchase date, regardless of how many times its changed hands)
