How do I know if I've completed the 16 villager cycle

So muffy is honestly the only uchi villager I like and she was a starter in my town. She moved out without letting me know and the uchi I have now is apparently moving out as well even tho she won't ping me. I've cycled threw a few villagers I know for sure but is there a way I can for sure know if I've gone threw 16?

Once you've cycled out 16 Muffy will no longer be on mainstreet. Best way to know how many you've gone through is really to just keep track of whose left. ^^

You'll notice she stops appearing on your main st or in shops. The best thing is to write down on a piece of paper everyone who has moved out since her but obviously that can be tricky if it's been awhile...
You can always ask someone who has her moving to let you come "test" if she can come back...they let you in, you talk to her to see if she'll move back in, and then they cut the wifi so nothing saves either way.

I know I should have but I honestly didn't think I'd be doing another 16 cycle but I just can't seem to bond with any uchi that isn't muffy :c
