How do I give tbt money?

I'm really confuse on how to give tbt money for trades and such.
I'm following a guide and it says go to currency to which it looked like a mini window pop up.
However I'm not getting no window nor seeing any of the sort to trade money with and such... all it does it compare my money to everyone else....
How exactly do I do this?
