I know I just posted, but I need help with this too! I'm kind of new to this, so I'm wondering how do I get rid of villagers I don't like? I already have three: Truffles The Pig, Lucha The.. Bird(?) and Harry The.. Crocodile(????)

Thanks again.

I feel like talking to them and being friendly and time travelling (only if you're comfortable) while you do it and waiting for a ping is the most reliable way.

Harry is a hippo ^^

And yes, as they said here, the best way is to befriend them.

I talk to them till they tell me to go away. I do it every day till they ping me to move. Sometimes that takes only a few days and sometimes a week. It depends on how comfortable you are with tting.

You're quite welcome. TT'ing is essential to learn if you want things done fast....

I feel like a lot of it is just luck Dx I've had Sydney in my town for a year and she won't go away. I wouldn't be so annoyed if her house wasn't directly on top of a path.

My advice is to try ignoring them for a bit, it worked for me with Barold, Gladys, and a few other villagers I wanted to get rid of. Or time travel, but then you run the risk of losing villagers you actually like.

Good luck though. I hope you manage to get rid of any villagers you dislike. I know it can be a pain, especially when their houses are in awkward locations.

time travel 2 days forward and then talk to each of them once. tt 2 more days, check if they ping you. tt 2 more days, check if they ping you, talk to each one once. and repeat.
also make sure you talk to your villagers you want to keep so they dont move
