How do I get seasonal TBT collectiables?

I see some people with many seasonal TBT collectibles, like the flower the Cupid sends on Valentines Day. How come I didn't get one? When do they restock TBT collectibles?

Many of our items are exclusive to the events they were given out on.

So right now feathers(red, yellow, green, blue, pink, purple, and white), all of the candy, oranges, pokeballs, poppers, and the previous birthstones are only available if you can manage to buy or trade with someone that already has one.

And some items like our trophies, rainbow feather, bell bag badge, easter bunny foil, dusty scroll and ancient lantern are untradeable. So you can no longer get these items.
