How do I get my free theme?

I got the digital copy for the free theme. I went to enter the code in the eshop and it said I need to enter it inside the HHD game. But how do I do that? I haven't seen anywhere I can enter a code.

You'll have to head into the Theme Shop (found in the same area as brightness settings) and enter the code there. I have NO idea why it says it needs to be redeemed in game.
