How do I add emojis to thread titles?

I was trying to make an island journal and I noticed people putting emojis in their titles and I was wondering how do you do this?
Whenever I try to put an emoji in the title, it just goes in the comment (For example I tried to put this emoji " " in the title and it goes here )

For note I am using a chromebook and have not changed any of my preferences or whatever else on the forums.
Is it just a thing I can't do on a chromebook?

Sorry if this is a question that's been answered before I just couldn't find anything that could help me!

You may have to copy and paste from a website or do it on mobile.

If you are using Chromebook, I think you can use Win and then . to insert emotes. (It's Windows and then the period key if I wasn't really clear)
