How did you get your dreamies?

So how did you do it? You bought them? Friends gave them to you? Villager reset trick? Just got freaking lucky?

Me personally: I used villager reset trick on 8 of my dreamies and for the other 3 I blackmailed my best friend ^^

No really, she is reseting anyway, so better pluck the fruits while it still hangs!

Campsite for about 2, random move in made me love one or two of them, cyclers. I think I bought one once... Oh, and giveaways.

I have not really got a list of dreamies, just a couple villagers I want to keep in my town. I have three from cyclers, the rest can move whenever and I'm hoping to get lots of random move-ins.

I don't want to spend my money on villagers so yup.
But mostly I'm pretty lucky with my resets(Marshal, Marina, Sparro and recently, Skye from campsite).

i probably would never spend money on a villager, therefore i haven't gotten many of my dreamies yet, just kabuki, avery, hamphrey and marina. all of them either just popped into my town one day or i talked them into moving there when they were camping.

I got a couple of mine (they became dreamies after I got to know them) thru luck.

A few others I got thru the kindness here of some people who gave them to me, and one from lea, who bought Ankha for me. So kind!

So yeah, a mixture of things.

Luck.... It's all about them luck. My dreamies consist of my experience with them in game for the most part, so my dreamie list is ever changing.

Since I just reset my town (lost most of them due to busy life), I will probably use the new player reset trick to get them back when I'm not lazy, and not busy catching up with my catalog/landscaping/house-upgrades/etc.
