how did you find out about AC/ACNL?

So, my uncle's brother and his wife were complete gamers at the time, and they let me borrow 3 games. They let us borrow Animal Crossing: Wild World and then Super Mario Bros 2 and another one I have forgotten. But, I started playing Animal Crossing: Wild World and was addicted. Then, I bought Let's Go To The City (city folk) and became addicted to that. Oh, and my friend had wild world and we used to play babies and mummies because we were your haha! We always played it together. I found out about New Leaf in 2014 and finally got a Nintendo 3ds for Christmas. I loved the heck out of it! And here I am, 2 years later, with Happy Home Designer too. My town is not 2 years old though. Just my town is 6 months old. Because my old one got lost but I rcently found it heh ;;

Ad on tv for acnl and my boyfriend told me to get it because he used to play the old ones when he was younger and said it was 'my kind of game'

New Leaf posts kept popping up on my Tumblr dashboard, and it looked like a really cute game that I'd enjoy, so once we had a 3DS, I got the game, and the rest is history XD

I've been playing AC since 2002 and I remember seeing the t.v commercial for it and my mom bought the game and yeah.

When I was a lot younger, some friends of mine let me play their copy of Wild World, and I quickly got hooked. I got so hooked that I eventually bought a DSi and a copy of Wild World for myself later that year, and ever since then I've been in love with the series. My first game for my 3DS XL was New Leaf.

My friend used to play Wild World on the bus to school in the mornings, so I watched her play it for a few months before I went out and bought it. I've been hooked ever since.

When I was a kid, I went to my best friend's house to play some games for a few hours and he was playing the Animal Crossing game for the GameCube when I arrived. I was interested in what I saw and decided to pick up a copy for myself.

I saw the commercials for Population: Growing in 2002, and the idea of being able to decorate my own house really appealed to me. (It's still my favorite part of the games!) I've played every AC title since.

I was roaming around best buy as a little kid, and my parents told me I could pick out any Wii game I wanted. I picked the one with the awesome box art and the word Animal in the title. This just so happened to be "Animal Crossing City Folk." This spawned a slight obsession with the franchise.
