i know some people do not have them, but i want to see what kind of turn people took towards decorating them. i made the one on the left hand side a little stargazing pavilion with a telescope and various low chairs. i’ll upload a picture when i’m free

what did you do with your rocks?

does this count?

Recently I've been working on turning mine into a mermaid painting area! Excuse the pirate stuff in the back, I'm moving that to another rock area when I get more stuff! This whole area is going to be mermaid-y with loads of pretty flowers, candles, and nova lights!

I don't.
They look odd with anything other than a tiki torch on them. :)

Thanks! I've been playing around with it all week! I can't wait to continue building out the areas around it! :)

I put the large items, such as lighthouse and Gulliver statues, on the rocky outcroppings in the middle of the beach.
I have a nice nook at the top left corner of my island for picnic, folding chairs and telescope.
I have a similar one at the top right but haven't put anything yet.

My northwest rock has a shipwreck. Decorated with Gullivarrr items scattered about.

My west rock is empty because I still haven't thought of anything to put there yet. There's a seaweed or two. This is the biggest of the rocks I have though.

My northeast rock has the lighthouse and some wave breakers to give off that solitary coast feeling.

My east rock has two windmills. It's small so I can't really put much decor on it.

I did a couple things!
Top left is my star gazing area, top right is part of my spa, middle right is the lifeguard station and middle left mermaid cove.
I have also seen people do cafes, diners and gnome night clubs hehe

I did a few different things with it, and am still working on one of them (it constantly changes)

One of the first things I did on my island was make a beach bar (I now have 3 of them: 2 on the beach and 1 on the rocks in the back of the beach on the right side of my island). This is actually my smallest bar out of all 3, but I really like it! I wish I had some more room for some lamps though :c

I don't have many rock-space on the left side of my island, the 2 rocks that I have are really small. I used them as part of my path leading up to the musical beach that's on my back rock on the left. It's not 100% finished, I might take some of the flowers away (I have too many) but I really like it! on the other small rock I currently have a moon (that's all that fits on it lol) I'll change that for something else but not sure what yet, maybe a little sitting area~

I also have a little rock space on the right side of my island, it's bigger then the one on the left but I'm not sure what to put here. At first I had some fossils on display, then I added the fishing tools and now it's kinda pirate themed (I don't have a picture of it but I put some gulivarr items here) this will probably change haha, but I like walking around here a lot because of the shape of the rock c:

ahh I don't have a picture that shows the front of the rock very well :c
this is the best I could find (so this rock connects to the upper one)

Snap on the shipwreck! I have mine on the north-west rock, too. Gullivarrr items and log stakes seems to do the trick!

I have a small wedding area on one and the others I keep free for fishing purposes!
