how creative are ur town names?

For some reason I named my first town Balamb...and now I'm way too attached to my villagers to reset.

My second town is called Bunifrey...a mix of Galifrey and bunny. But my boyfriend came up with that one for me.

Well I've always named my older towns after the city I was currently in when I had the game until AC:NL.

I made up the name "Nimklin" for my current town.

Named my newest town Ciel (sky) bc my town is centered around this girl who lives a town she dreams of. Kind of Alice in Wonderland-ish so its not too creative but i like it c:

I named my town Elysia. I can't even remember how I came up with it, but I think I based it off of Elyison from Sailor Moon when I first bought my game. I reset my town probably a month or two after i bought the game, but Elysia really stuck, so I kept the name. :3

My cycling town is called Omashu. Cause my friend was watching or had just got done watching Avatar when she had bought her game. She didn't play it much so I bought it off her, and just turned her town into a cycling town. :P

I have reset 4 times, my town names being Maple, Tsubomi, Mikazuki and now Harvest!

Highwind. I'm not terribly creative, I admit, but it was the first thing that popped into mind when I was creating my first town!

Considering I can't find another town named "Oxalis" in the dream suite... I'd guess pretty creative lol. Most people dont know what Oxalis are, and even if they do they only know their common name which is Shamrocks

Karmina was supposed to be a more fancy sounding/looking version of carmine, since my town theme is red. But i also found out carmina means music/poetry in latin, which made it even better. I guess it is a pretty original name!

I named my first town Westerly because it's the town I've lived in my whole life.
My second town is named Granada, after the former name of the British ITV station for North West England.

Mine is called [REDACTED] from [REDACTED]. I'm not exactly going to explain the connection, though.

My town name is Tokoro, which means "location" or "place" in Japanese. I'm not terribly creative, and I'm currently teaching myself Japanese and liked the assonance in the word "tokoro" so I just went with it :P. Turns out there actually is a town called Tokoro in Hokkaido hahaha...

I like to pretend my town is an island (since theres nowhere else to go asides by boat)

So I named it May Isle

idk i thought it was unique

Well I named my town after my bestie who introduced me to AC back in the game cube days. Since she started this obsession, I named my town after her maiden name, Birdsong :) (even more appropriate since I luv birds. We have 11 in our house.) my mayor is named Midori, after my green cheek conure.

Not very creative. My sister insisted on it being named Ganache (to match her Macaron town). I had little say in the decision.

My town's name is Twinleaf.

Not very creative if you ask me considering I'm a Pok?mon fanatic. I just use Pok?mon town & city names as my ACNL town names. But hey, it makes me smile so its good enough for me.

My current town name is Squee, from Catscratch :D I don't remember any of my previous town names.

I named my town Lethe after one of the five rivers of Hades. People who drank from the river would forget their past. Visitors to my town start anew, not remember who they were before they came. Plus, I also uphold my OC lore of my mayor being a ghost, hence her name being Spectre. I like to think of my town as a border between live and the afterlife ^_^

Let's just say that here at Lethe, we give you a little sip of water from the river when you arrive at the train station.

Not sure how CREATIVE it is, but I really liked the overall idea when I was coming up with it.
