How big is the ACNL fandom on wordpress?

I am thinking about joining wordpress to share my AC ideas and town of StarFall after blogging on Bell Tree, but I don't know how big the AC fandom is there. Is wordpress a good place to talk about Animal Crossing, or am I not going to get a lot of attention there?

I'll probably join on the six-month anniversary of my Bell Tree membership then. I'm not joining Tumblr, so I'll stick to wordpress.

I didn't realize there even was an ACNL fanbase presence on wordpress - I figured most had abandoned it for tumblr these days, maybe blogger/blogspot/whatever or even dreamwidth (I'd say livejournal but who knows what's even going on over there - and journal sites never seem to feel or look as "professional" or streamlined as a wordpress blog can, even when properly customized). Checking out the blogs mentioned in the above post(s) asap!

Tumblr has the biggest fan base though. if you want your work to get the most attention it can, best to swallow your pride and join there

I agree with Jake, Tumblr will get your blog the biggest attention.

Tumblr is highly overrated, and very sexist (lot of feminazis use it).

Not only that, but it's no more fun than Bell Tree. I don't see forum currency, collectibles, or staff events.

I'm sure wordpress is better, but not perfect either.

That's because Tumblr is a personal blog site and each blog runs under Tumblr, it's not a forum like TBT and it would be impossible to have a currency system in place for every single Tumblr blog.

Aside from that, I don't know where you get that it's sexist and feminazi's use it. I have multiple Tumblr blogs, including an ACNL one and I have never encountered a feminazi or someone being sexist and my blogs cover many different themes like personal, gaming, ACNL and The Sims 4.
If you're seeing content like that, it's because you either follow those types of people or you're in the tags, it is completely possible to not be part of that and never see it.

Aside from that, I don't really know how large the Wordpress community is, frankly I'm just finding out there is a community there.
Tumblr is defiantly the best for attention and amount of players in the community.

Even still, like what Vizionari said, there are a lot of AC wordpress blogs. Also, my family said that wordpress is better for me anyway. Not because of the people who use tumblr, but because of the layout of tumblr (confusing layout).

I would go with your gut, if you want to use Tumblr than do so!
