How awesome would it be if we could personally customize the elaborate kimono

Elaborate kimono!!!! Oh wow I would really go ham with that.. what else hmm... if we could personally customize cakes that would be neat!! Or vases too!! Can you customize those things? I think I saw maybe someone customize somthing to make it look like a one layer cake and other food items .. that's cute!!! but I'm not sure what item that is..

A lot of people actually use custom hats as cake displays! When their rotated a certain way they really do look convincing, and i'm sure if you were looking for some, you could find loads of them easily with one quick google search. In terms of kimono's, the 'robe' custom design option looks very similar if not the same, so again i'm sure you could find some custom designs for more detailed ones.

I think the elaborate kimono already looks very good in all its variations I've been loving all the custom designs people have come up with for simple panels though

Ah you mean the elaborate kimono stand? No I don't think you can display it like those unfortunately.

I think that's a really good idea. You have all sorts of colors and designs! I'm really confident in the skills of the animal crossing pixel art community who would be more than willing to whip up a few fancy schmancy designs on display!

Omg I didn't realise I needed this until now.... ACK Nintendo pls ;-;
But yes they seriously need to introduce more customisations because there is so much more potential in everything if so! People using hats as cake stands amazes me, I wouldn't have ever thought of that!!

I can confirm it. I was able to put one of my custom designs on the normal Kimono Stand, though I don't think I have any pictures to prove it.
