How are you loving autumn?

Definitely love autumn for all the sweet and savory foods, cozy home habits, colorful foliage and falling leaves, and the sweater weather~ I mean, I just die for pie, especially pumpkin pie! (Actually had quite a few slices today, haha... )

In-game, I have pretty much all the mushroom and maple leaf DIY items, and they've been very pleasant to customize and decorate with, to say the least! It seems most of my trees are dawning red as well, and they give such a warm and vibrant look, especially in the afternoon light~ I've also been enjoying catching some maple leaves here and there. Though, I often become obsessed and try to catch as many as I can (i.e. more than I need), 'cause they just look so appealing! I've even been more interested in catching a lot of fish, too.

There's just something about autumn that makes people want to splurge and indulge in abundance and resources (like food and clothing, for starters), but in a very heartful and passionate way; not necessarily in a greedy and selfish way. I guess, it has to do with the feeling of "preparing for the winter/hibernation," and so we stock-pile up on things. But also, just to enjoy and celebrate the very season of autumn itself~

My favorite season used to be spring, and my favorite month was May. However, over the years, I find myself liking autumn more and more, and my favorite month is now October. I've always loved Halloween, so I suppose it makes sense in a way. But I just love the colors - I'm from a seasonal region in the northern hemisphere, with deciduous trees that change colors. It's gorgeous. And the game emulates that perfectly, or even better really. I suppose in real life, the colors happen much quicker, with everything pretty much being dead by the end of October. But in Animal Crossing, things just get so vibrant, and November has proven to be absolutely stunning. It also helps that there is so much to do in the autumn, between the season starting in September, to Spooky Halloween time in October, and then mushroom and maple leaf time in November. There's not really that lack of things to do like I felt there was in the summer.

Oh, it's great! Everything is becoming green again after winter and it's the prettiest shade of green, too.
Downside is that I have scorpions again, though.

I love it. I currently moved to a place where you can really feel and see autumn, so it almost coincides with the real weather outside. I love how the trees have all been changing colors and are now really red. Catching maple leaves is fun and addicting. As much as I like seeing all the trees at golden hour and catching leaves I am really excited to see the snow during the winter!

Autumn is so beautiful. The colors in game also make me love it more, but I am super excited to experience the snow in the winter!

It's so far one of my favorite seasons because of the leaves flying in the air, Tree color, the grass is darker, and the wind sound is so satisfying with the balloons flying. I places mushroom furniture (Mush stools, parasols and tables) around in some open areas and by villagers houses to fit the autumn look nicely.

The trees look so beauuuuuutiful! It’s really making me consider making a fall dream island instead of a spring one, like I originally wanted to. I mean, the falling leaves alone are just “chef’s kiss”.

I'm indifferent. Throughout this season I've been picking up Mushrooms and I struggled for weeks looking for Mush Diys and Maple DIys. I got to the point where I just got tired of Balloon farming and asked my friends if they had any spare diys. They did but I haven't gotten all of them so I decided to get the rest from trading. I must say they really made the seasonal diys hard to get because you can only get them from Balloon Presents.

I'm so sad watching all the autumn photos from everyone else autumn is my favourite season but I'm in the southern hemisphere and am currently right in the middle of spring still

I don't have any real seasons where I live either so I'm trying to enjoy every second that I can. I've also never played in the fall in Animal Crossing before (in real-time, I usually time travel to the fall in past games)
