Both are pretty cool but I'll go with O'hare since he fits my island theme better and I like his house even if I haven't seen Hopkin's house in NH yet.

My vote goes to O'Hare. Hopkins is sorta neat in his own way since he's sorta like an inflatable rabbit (with the air hole on the back of his head), but O'Hare generally looks better to me and I've always thought he was pretty okay. I'm a fan of unique attributes to villagers and O'Hare has always had that hat of his. To be honest, I'm not fond enough of Hopkins' face and wouldn't have even ever found out about him being an inflatable/balloon if I hadn't happened across it on the wiki one day.
