~All villagers go for at least 20 TBT, but I will accept in game bells, if and only if, you do not have enough TBT to get the villager.
~I do accept reservation at an extra cost of 20 TBT meaning that you will pay 40 TBT, when you pick up your villager.
~I don't accept lurker request as that would be too much to keep track of and manage.
~When a villager goes up for adoption I will hold them for at least a half hour, first come first serve
~If there aren't any bids after this time I will have to void them.
~If you buy a villager I will hold them for you for a max of 6 hours. After this time they will go back up for adoption.
~Any villagers that are in my dreamies list in my signature will not go up for adoption.
