For those of us who've played and enjoyed borderlands, weve had bunches of fun.
But sometimes i get a creepy vibe.
I'm going to lay out some deets.
Then some more deets, and see if you understand where im coming from.
First set of deets:
me and my friend are staying up all night doing *censored.2.0*, at about 3 were playing borderlands.
All the lights are of so the only light form anywhere visible to us is the television.
Its dead silent besides borderlands.
So the creep vibe could be swirled up any second.
Dos set of deets:
Go to new haven. ITS REALLY FREAKING WEIRD.
first of all. why does everyone hate it there? There is a man with a mohawk found at multiple spots saying the dialouge " Man i hate this place."
And the man lucky you do a quest for is found in 2 spots in new haven, and one of his lines say the same thing.
What is bad? they have a well established community, nothing is wrong, there is no reason to hate it.
Unless they are the only sane people left besides the vendors.
Upon talking to a man leaning up on a wall next to a zed machine, he utters the phrase" Hey man you know when the water gown come back on?" in a voice like boomhower form king of the hill. What is he talking about? theres no water problems there! there is no info or mission about turning water on. he is simply making no sense.
And when missions are available in new haven, upon returning to new haven from completing them, he will say the phrase " JERP! *then twitch his head* we lost justin rice." now honestly what is he talking about. he wont say it anymore after all newhaven missions are done, only go on about the water.
But if you go in an alley way, back to the bar where lucky is sitting, there is the same man who will say the JERP phrase. Who is justin rice? definetly not a character in borderlands, so who is he talking about? and why does he exclaim JERP! right before he says it. and why does his head twitch to the left.

but then again, isn't Borderlands about a bunch of crazed mutants? XD I've never played it.
