Buying Holiday Market Red Star Fragments (done!)

I've bumped up the price I'm offering from 1.1k to 1.2k. I'm not going to go any higher than this, since the market price for red star fragments has been set in the 1-1.2k TBT range and, even though they are my favorite collectible (which has admittedly made this process a lot more painful tbh), I'm not going to overpay for these fragments.
