Welcome to Hobbiton, soon to be Blue Moon! If you want to reserve a villager but you're worried about losing them, tell me which time zone you're in and what time you usually play and I'll try to keep them until this time. There are some ground rules that you need to be aware of before you can take part.

Town Rules

• Do not take anything on the ground
• All payments will be made by Retail. There is an ABD in the house Bank next to Retail to make payments quicker
• A 5 stars on this thread or a positive Wifi rating after the session has ended would be enough of a tip, thank you!

Raffles and Giveaways

1. All tier 1 villagers are 1 million bells, please only enter for these if they're your dreamie
2. All tier 2 villagers are 500k bells
3. There is no reserve on tier 1 or tier 2 villagers - they will be raffled
4. Tier 3, 4 & 5 villagers are free
5. a. Tiers 3, 4 & 5 villagers can be reserved
   b. I will hold reserved villagers for 1 hour
6. Please be available to collect the villager at the time of the raffle draw - I will only hold them for 30 minutes after I announce the raffle winner! After this they will be raffled again
7. If you need more time please message me
8. Please don't sell villagers for a profit - if they are in boxes one day please either hold a raffle or a giveaway!
