I believe when you send villagers to the void, they find another link or connection to your town and end up in another persons town so technically, we are all connected in this world XD

Yes? I don't mean to be rude but I don't really know what the point of this thread is. I think it's pretty much acknowledged by everyone that when you void a villager, they do go to other people's towns via Street Pass or wifi (hence why in trades, lots of people require you to have a "clean" void so as to prevent unwanted villagers from moving into their towns). It's a nice thought though, I agree.
