Hiring gardening help!

I don't know how to plan out my town or anything like that. And I would really love to have it decorated! I don't have any hybirds, bush starts or anything like that. So you'll have to bring your own if that's alright. I currently have over 600k in bells and would love to pay you. So yeah, Just hiring help for gardening as my town is still noobish.

Flowers..they can be hybrid flowers, but I prefer gold and black roses.(If you don't have it, you can plant any kind you want.~)
A few Clovers, Cedar trees and Sweet-olive starts.

if you want blue roses you will need to bring a wet suit because they are on the beach that doesn't have a ramp ; v;
