Buying Hiring a landscaping helper

I'm looking to hire someone to help me landscape my town, as I can never seem to stay interested long enough if I am doing it alone. It just seems too boring. I'll probably need a few people, unless one person can do everything, which I somewhat doubt anyone would be willing to do.

I need people who can:
-Chop down all of my bamboo (someone with a golden axe)
-help rearange my flowers (both to look pretty and breed more)
-Help plan where my path should go (I'll place it myself, obviously)

I'll pay you 99k up front, then more when we're finished, depending n how much was done. So, anyone interested?

Edit: but the ones I have as spares from my hybrid shop (which you can have free) are:
- 4 gold roses
- 1 black rose
- 17 pink lilies
- 7 black tulips
- 4 black lilies
- 3 orange cosmos
- 3 black cosmos
- 1 jacob's ladder
- 1 orange pansy

The bamboo is all gone, and the path is pretty much done, but I still need a helper or two for my flowers, which as of right now are all clumped together near the station and need organising etc.
