Highest Turnip Price??

What's the highest Turnip Price you've had in your town?
For me its 490 in Parfait, which happened this morning before i went to college.. as per usual i didn't even have any turnips to sell -__-

For me it was either 582 or 584 I can't remember which one. Of course it didn't matter because I had already sold my turnips earlier in the week tho

I've never seen anything over the 400s in my own town, but I've sold turnips in someone else's town who had over 600 one time!

the very first week I was selling turnips when I got this game, I got around 450, which made me happy~. I don't check my turnip price enough to know if I've gotten higher than that, though. atm to my knowledge, I haven't had a price higher than that.

The highest I've had in my town so far was 471, but my town is horrible with turnip prices, and since launch turnips have only rose above 200 bells 3 or 4 times. As for the highest I've ever seen in any town, last week I saw a town that reached 643. The lowest turnip price I've seen in NL was in my town a few weeks ago, where the price bottomed out at 17 bells.

I was trading in someone else's town earlier today, and their Turnip price at the time was also at 643 bells. That's 2 weeks in a row that I've seen that price, and two weeks in a row that I hadn't bought turnips. Go figure!

Conundrum

If the question is: "Highest Turnip Price??" with emphasize on the "Highest" since it's mentioned twice, how can there be votes for a price that's less than 600 if the highest recorded price lies above 600?
