Is there a way I can find my HHD network codes? Like the ones you need for people to look at your design? Is there a list on the game somewhere of them?

When you upload them to the HHD Network you'll receive the code for that house

Is there a way I can look up those codes if I forget them though? Or is that the only time I'll ever see that code?

No....all the information is available from your profile on the HHD Network
